At Gallery Canada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections; if an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in unassembled, like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the items in their original boxes with all protective padding, manuals, and hardware included to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or contact us to schedule a freight pickup for oversized furniture.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned gallery pieces, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
